Was first established in 1960 by the founder Mr. Aboubaker Sabit in the capital city of Addis Ababa. The enterprise started its business by importing Watches and Electronic Materials from Asia and Europe. & Having introduced the different imported products in the Ethiopian markets, the business of the enterprise has shown viable progress every year and consequently it is promoted to a private Ltd company. In 1992, the company went to a major transformation and re-established itself with four share holders and responded to the need of the growing community of Electronics technology.
